  • Increase your awareness of and confidence in your skills and abilities and where they can now lead you
  • Understand what fits for you and why, at this point in your life journey
  • Reconnect with and generate new dreams, ideas and directions for your retirement life
  • Develop the tools and a strategy to support you to move in the direction you want for your retirement

Work Search Skills Refresher

Provides participants with the foundations for improved work search results and successful interviews. Includes learning how to present their skills, qualities and experiences in an authentic and engaging manner. Does not focus on the information participants can easily find online.

For Whom:  those who have not recently looked for work, tertiary education students, those re-entering the workforce, those who are not experiencing success with their CV and interviews

In this 1 to 2 hour workshop or webinar tailored to your group, participants will:

Teambuilding with Personality Dimensions

Individuals, workteams, and organisations are supported to appreciate their strengths, value their differences and communicate them effectively through the use of Personality Dimensions™ temperament indicator. This tool provides a language to explore and express differences and is presented in an interactive workshop that reinforces its value and applicability in the workplace. The basic 3 hour workshop can be expanded to a full day to explore an application of the tool more specifically.

Dare to Care - Interpersonal and Team Communication Principles

Develop the insights and skills to dare to have the conversations that matter so that team energy is not diverted into managing miscommunication and dysfunction. Based on the proven process developed by Dr. Christine McDougall in Australia, I facilitate this program for Syntropic World as well as via CJS Career Consulting.
